All-Natural Energy Snacks
Take a bunch of dates, cut off the tops, carefully remove the seeds and fill with roasted coffee beans. I ate seven of them and they're extremely effective. For maximum effectiveness, use lightly-roasted robusta beans.

I have to say that of all my posts to date, this one has generated the most comments per original post content in the least amount of time.
who am i?: anytime, grasshopper.
sasjamal: it would seem like it's ok, health-wise. A bit of caffeine is good for one. There are no weird ingredients like one finds in commercial energy drinks.

Back when I was at UBC (and dinosaurs roamed the earth), I don't think that edible (as opposed to drinkable) coffee beans were popular. I just stayed up using copious amounts of cola, as the cafeterias all closed early.

I'm smitten as well! Lovely Blog, I'm subscribing!
So Coffee stuffed dates... Brilliant!
I'm thinking you could market it here in the U.S. Maybe add some dark chocolate or walnuts and make it a SINFUL energy bar. I'm going to experiment with it today, inshallah.
